We tried this recipe from Cook's Country.  Using the leftover Honey Ham.
We made Funeral Sandwiches before but wanted to see how Cook's Country compared.
We have decided the Cook's Country recipe and cooking instructions are better but we like the sweetness from the Brown Sugar in the Funeral Sandwiches recipe.  I hope to put our combined recipe soon.
