I am 2 weeks behind in posting but wanted to share what we have been up too.

Grady & Reece did the Rocketkids triathlon!!  They both did awesome!!

Keith's 34th Birthday!!

Vacation Bible School at St. Jude this week 

The boys had a great time and I volunteered to help.   I was the photographer and one day I was St. Bernadette.

Our 9th Wedding Anniversary!  

Keith and I had a Coed Soccer game.  I assisted Keith in scoring a goal in our game.

Cut the grass, picked blueberries and now to finish packing for Frankfort, MI.

Handy Dad... water-pressurized rocket

This is the third project we did out of the Handy Dad book.  This time all we needed was plastic coke bottle, a coke and a bike pump - then we had a water-pressurized rocket!!

The book had an optional launch pad you could build but Keith just wanted to see if it worked first.  It does work really well so we might make a launch pad soon :)

The other people sounds in the ER are making me sick. Thank heaven i put my headphones in my purse. Keith has had pain meds now. He has blood in unrine but did not see a kidney stone. So now waiting for blood results.

10am UPDATE:  Keith is doing great... We got to the ER about 9:30pm and we got home about 12am and he back on turnaround this morning. They think he passed a kidney stone, b/c he had blood in his urine but they did not see the stone in the CAT scan.   Thank you Andrea for coming over to watch the sleeping boys.

3pm UPDATE: Nevermind ... Keith left work at 12:30 still feeling just as bad we are not sure what is wrong has an appt with the urologist tomorrow... please pray for the pain to go away and that we can figure out what is wrong with him.

ER

I am in the ER with Keith. He has been having stomach pain on the left side. They did a CAT scan, but have not given him any pain meds. We are in the back and the sounds are making me sick. I hope we can see a dr soon.

Work

Keith got home at 7pm so he got to play with and see the boys before they went to bed. We were playing in Reece's room and I asked Grady what he was building. He says "it's a steam tower and big crane like dads work."

Vacation and Happy 30th Birthday Keith!

We left for Frankfort, MI Saturday June 6th. When we got there it was COLD (lower 50's) and rainy. Monday was Keith's 30th Birthday it was still raining on and off so when it was not raining Grady went out and played in the sand, but it was still pretty cold. We also went to swim in the indoor pool.

I really did not want to just make a normal box cake for Keith's Birthday so he helped me find an improved box cake mix recipe online. We found this Chocolate Candy Bar Cake with apackage of instant vanilla pudding mix mixed in with the box cake mix. We decided to use crushed oreo cookies in the frosting instead of candy bars. It was a GREAT cake and easy to make.

Keith's NEW truck

Since we decided not to move to Zachary till a couple more years.  We decided to buy Keith a new car.  Keith has had his Mustang for 9 years he got it the summer we met.   On Friday May 8 he sold his Mustang to a man at work.   

Saturday May 9 we had one car and a ton of things to do.  Winston has been throwing up we had brought him to the vet Thursday and Friday, but he was still feeling bad Saturday so Keith and Grady brought Winston to the vet to get an xray.  I had a friend pick me up for a baby shower we were going to Saturday morning.  The vet decided to keep Winston for the weekend so Keith and Grady came to pick me up from the baby shower, then we went to try to find Keith a new Truck.

2 to 3 hours later here is Keith's New Toyota Tundra Crew Cab.  We came home dropped off my car and then took Keith's Truck to a Crawfish boil!  We stayed there till Grady's bed time.

But when we got home we had one little or BIG problem Keith truck did not fit in the garage, so we moved everything that was in front of his truck and it fit.  BUT the garage was now a MESS.

Sunday May 10 was Mother's Day, Keith and Grady got me donuts and chocolate milk for breakfast.  Then we met my parents, Grandma, Aunt Sharon and Uncle Karl at Capital City Grill for lunch.  Later that day after Grady's nap I decided I would like to go to Home Depot so we could organize the garage.  Sunday afternoon and night we spent hanging up this Easy Track system, but with only two cordless batteries for the drill, it died on us before we were done.  So Monday night we finished the garage and it looks wonderful. Both the 4runner and the truck now fit snugly in the garage.  We can not walk around Keith's truck with the garage door shut, but thats ok :)

Happy Birthday DAD!!

We had a great day today!! Adam & Rachel came over early to hang out with us for Keith’s 29th Birthday. Then we went to our friends Kevin & Andrea’s for a Crawfish Boil. Keith boiled the crawfish with his NEW jet burner he got for his birthday from my parents.

It was really hot out today. Grady found some great ways to cool off first he had a popsicle and got all sticky then he went swimming in the wash tubs that we purge the crawfish in.

After the crawfish, we had some “Chocolate Death” birthday cake (Keith’s Favorite) and then headed home.

HAPPY 29th BIRTHDAY KEITH!!! We love you!
