The other people sounds in the ER are making me sick. Thank heaven i put my headphones in my purse. Keith has had pain meds now. He has blood in unrine but did not see a kidney stone. So now waiting for blood results.

10am UPDATE:  Keith is doing great... We got to the ER about 9:30pm and we got home about 12am and he back on turnaround this morning. They think he passed a kidney stone, b/c he had blood in his urine but they did not see the stone in the CAT scan.   Thank you Andrea for coming over to watch the sleeping boys.

3pm UPDATE: Nevermind ... Keith left work at 12:30 still feeling just as bad we are not sure what is wrong has an appt with the urologist tomorrow... please pray for the pain to go away and that we can figure out what is wrong with him.

ER

I am in the ER with Keith. He has been having stomach pain on the left side. They did a CAT scan, but have not given him any pain meds. We are in the back and the sounds are making me sick. I hope we can see a dr soon.

Life is good

Keith had the day off.

We had Coffee Call beignets for breakfast, quick trip to Home Depot, CC's coffee on the way home and "play play play" with the boys (that is what Grady told us he wanted to do today).

Gave my 1st haircut ever.   I cut Keith's hair with clippers his only day off is every other Sunday so his hair was out of control.  It is short but looks good.  Played outside with Grady.

Went to a 3rd birthday party then watched The Incredibles with Keith and Grady.


Dinner at La Carreta's.  Rice & Beans for Reece (and a little bit of everything else).

Queso, chips, & quesadilla for Grady.  Fajitas & top shelf margaritas for Keith and me.

Then Girl Scout cookies for dessert.  Yes we got our order delivered today :) 

Work

Keith got home at 7pm so he got to play with and see the boys before they went to bed. We were playing in Reece's room and I asked Grady what he was building. He says "it's a steam tower and big crane like dads work."

Ok so I got all this at target today for $0.51. Yes 51cents. The $5 denim coupon, $1 up&up cleaning and $1up&up oral care.

Getting closer

We had the inspection on the house we are going to buy today and it went really well just a couple little things we need them to fix.  We had a wonderful time playing outside on the front porch and in the backyard during the inspection.   Grady was more excited about the house today once we got there.  On the way there he was telling me he did not like the house or the toys or the clubhouse.  Then I reminded him that they were going to take ALL there stuff out of the house and we were going to bring all ours.  He had fun playing in the clubhouse and picking out his room upstairs.  One of the rooms upstairs has what is really a HUGE closet but they use it as a little girls room with a toddler bed and a ton of toys.  Grady told us he wanted the "playroom" (aka the closet) to be his bedroom.  I asked him if he wanted the bedroom and the "playroom." He said no just the "playroom."

The people buying our house have the inspection on tomorrow, so as long as everything looks good we will be closing and moving March 31.

Church with the boys and then played at the church playground. Then we went to CC's enjoyed a ice cold coffee. Then we went to a birthday party and had a wonderful time. The only thing that could make this day better is to have Keith with us.

Under Contract

 After a couple days of negotiating Wednesday morning we faxed over a signed counter offer.  As long as the inspections and other thing go well we will be moving March 31!! (Right when Keith's turnaround ends).  

It is sad to say goodbye to our 1st home, but we always knew we would not be in this house forever.  Grady is REALLY upset about moving, so we have stop talking to him about it right now.  Hopefully he LOVES the new house once we move in.

Valentines Day!!

Keith is on a 60 day trunaround working 6am to 6pm (but most night he does not make it home till 8pm) 7 days a week.  Sunday was his first day off in 2 weeks so we celebrated Valentines day.  

We had blueberry pancakes for breakfast.

 We had a showing for our house so we went to the skate park.  Then Keith and Grady watched a movie and we snacked had smoked cheddar cheese & crackers and carrots and hummus.

Grady helped me dip strawberries in white and dark chocolate :) 

 Then we enjoyed a WONDERFUL dinner at home.  I could not decided what I wanted for dinner so we had both crab cake and filets.  

 Then we gave the boy there valentine gifts.  We had a wonderful day as family.  

We really miss having Keith home for supper and to have him play with the boys at night.  But me and the boys have been doing GREAT.  I know Keith hates not being able to see boys everyday more then anyone.

Oh and to top off this wonderful day we got an offer on our house.  It was lower then we wanted, but we counter offered and will see what will happen.  :)

New Cousin

Rachel went into labor Friday and had Kyle Craig Saturday February 5th at 4:05am.

• Saturday morning while we were eating breakfast I told Grady Aunt Ray Ray had her new baby and his name is Kyle.  Grady then said I have not meet him yet... no Grady i have not either. 
• Then later on Grady said "Well does that mean today is baby Kyle's birthday."  "Well Grady yes it is."  Then he told me, "I want to make Kyle a birthday cake, well a cookie cake with frosting."

We were going to Mandeville to spend the weekend at my parents and I was going to see Rachel, Adam & Kyle while my mom watched the boys.  But after all the interest in Baby Kyle I decided to stop by the hospital with the boys on our way in.  Grady did not want anything to do with Kyle when we got there, he barely stopped to look at him.  But he was really interested in the bathroom that did not have a sink in it (the sink was in the room).

• When we got to my parents house my Dad asked Grady, "Is Kyle big or small?"  Grady said, "He is a little baby... but he does not have any hands."  Haha, that is because he only saw Kyle all swaddled up.

That afternoon we made the cookie cake for Kyle and Grady was trying to figure out how old Kyle was... he decided he was 0 years old.  Grady helped me decorated the cake with red and yellow frosting (his favorite colors).  The red was looking really pink so I added a little yellow to make it look more orange then pink.

Beard on Food - Mustard Chicken 

We tried the Mustard Chicken first this month.  This recipe was easy and tasted GREAT.  Keith said it taste gourmet or better :)

Then we had the Hamburgers.  They were also delicious, moist and awesome.  But how could they be bad with heavy cream, grated onions and buttered english muffins.  I really liked the idea of making burgers on a skillet.
