Insta-Friday!!

 Saturday

Grady had a soccer game at 8am.  Then we went to Mandeville to go to Chuck E Cheese for Uncle Adam's Birthday party.   After the party we went to swim and hang out at my parents house.  Reece is playing with drum sticks that Kevin and Amber got after the STOMP show last weekend.  Then we headed back to Baton Rouge to go to Liesel and Chris's Engagement Party.  

Monday

Grocery Day and I found Honeycrisp apples!! YUM!!

Tuesday

Reece being silly when we were trying to find a yellow jersey for Keith's Over-30 soccer team he is playing on this season.   After this we went to Little Gym!!

 Wednesday 

Reece has to read each book to decided if he wants to bring it home or not.   After we checked out we went to have lunch with Grady at school.  

Vacuuming fans and blinds today. Not fun but someone has to do it.

Thursday

 Reece and I made cookies today, then I checked Grady out of school early to go get there flu shots.  "Coffee" and homemade cookies after being good big boys getting their flu shot. 

 Grady reading his 25th book this month for homework. He is very excited to get to 25 because they get prize.

Reece has been working very carefully on this drawing for 30+mins.

Chuck E Cheese for Brooks 4th birthday party.

Our tree was just filled with cardinals.

After a late night at STOMP, we had to get to Grady's early soccer game Saturday morning.  Then Saturday afternoon we headed to LSU to tailgate and go to the boys first LSU Football Game.

We all had a wonderful time.  They boys LOVED the game.

 Walking back to the car after the game... we stayed till the beginning of the 4th quarter. 

Monday

Grady has to be a car rider on Monday so we can make it to his gymnastics class.  I had to wake up Reece to go and then he fell back asleep while waiting the in carpool line.

 Tuesday 

I came out of the bathroom to find that Reece got himself a "little" snack. He even got himself a bowl.

 Reece did a little light reading before he feel asleep on the way to Little Gym.  

 Thursday

We had Sonic for lunch.  Reece was loving that he got to sit in the front seat of the car to eat.

Then I went to a couple stores to spend my birthday money :)   Thursday night Papa Andy brought us out to supper and spent the night.

 Friday

I have been working with Reece on his letters.  We have been using sandpaper letters I made, to identify the letters, letter sounds and trace the letters.

Today I gave him a Handwriting Without Tears worksheet and he traced the letter H wonderfully.  Then I decided to show him how to write, wipe and trace on the chalkboard.  He did awesome and was so proud that he wrote a H.

 It was an early start Keith had a soccer coaching meeting at 8am so we dropped him off and went to CC's for a yummy breakfast before ExxonMobil family day at Blue Bayou.

 After a full day in water park then on the amusement park

Went to have supper at Fat Molly's Pizza and then to see Stomp at The Mahalia Jackson Theatre in New Orleans.  Thank you Uncle John for the tickets we all had a wonderful time.
