Insta-Friday

Insta-Friday is a day late b/c our phone and internet went out yesterday around 3pm and was still not working when I went to bed.

Saturday

We finished taking apart the fallen fence in our back yard, we are going to try to reuse the broads when Keith and some friends rebuild the fence (since our backyard neighbors do look like they are going to fix it). Then went to Mass so we would be ready for our busy Sunday.

Sunday

We picked up coffee & donuts before going to City Park to cheer on our friends racing in the Louisiana Marathon. Ashley ran the Marathon. Everyone else we were cheering on ran the Half.

We got the park around 8:15am and thanks to the Find my Friends app on our iphones we were able to see everyone.

After everyone we knew ran by we headed downtown to the finish line to see my Cousin Liz, Baby Trey and Aunt Cindy.

Then we picked up lunch and ate it at a park in Baton Rouge since Keith and I had our first coed game at 1pm. My mom came to watch our game and play with the boys. The fell right asleep in the car after our game.

Monday

Martin Luther King Day

My mom spent the night Sunday night, then we went to New Roads to visit and have lunch with Aunt Cindy, Liz and Baby Trey. This beautiful sunset tonight (on the way to Gymnastics) reminding me of all our loved ones in heaven looking down on us!!

Only boys would make these alien heads!

Tuesday

Was a busy day of grocery shopping, Little Gym, and then made our Favorite King Cake.

Wednesday

Wednesday is cleaning day! I picked a day we were normally home. Wednesday is storytime at the library so we are not away from the house long. I wash sheets & towels and clean all the bathrooms every week (well most weeks) and do the other stuff as needed.

Reece really wanted to go to Smoothie King after Little Gym yesterday so today I let him pick what he wanted in his smoothie. He wanted a strawberry and banana smoothie with lunch! Yum!!
