Grand Isle

We left for Grand Isle Friday after Grady's last day of soccer camp. Hoping the boys would nap on the drive down.  Reece went right to sleep, then about 30min into the drive Grady had to go to the bathroom.  After that both boys were wide awake for to while ride. 

 We stopped my Mr. Sunny and Mrs. Margo's to unload the truck then went to see Marty and Melissa for supper and chocolate for the boys.  

Playing on Marty's boat after supper (we were on land).  When we got back to Sunny & Margo's camp the boys went right to sleep.  Then Keith and I got to hang out and talk with everyone.

Mr. Sunny's boat was in the shop so Keith went fishing with Marty Saturday morning.  Rachel, Papa Andy and I took the kids to the beach.  The boys LOVED the beach.  Grady was REALLY worried about sharks getting him at first, but Papa Andy helped him get over that fear.  The beach looks awesome, since the oil spill they are cleaning the sand everyday.

We went back to the beach with the dads, Aunt Katie and Dylan before supper.   

We had boiled crabs, flank steak, and hotdogs for supper.  Then Keith and Grady fished again on the dock.  The boys went right to sleep again Saturday night :)  

Sunday we went back to the beach before lunch.

This is what we did most of the time in Grand Isle, hanging out under the camp while the boys played.  We had some wonderful fried fish for lunch.  Grady ate a TON of fish.
